[ "Dead" was really one of those fun words in Gotham, you know. As he recalled, even Batman was "dead" for a while. Gotham was such a fun place to toy around with life and death... and he'd never be finished with that fun. This Joker didn't much care for Arkham. Not. One. Bit. ]

And does that make you feel safe, hmm? Safety knowing you've hidden away, safety knowing you're out of sight? You'd find yourself mistaken, you know, cornered and trapped out of sight. [ His way of saying he knows shadowy places too, or if he doesn't he'll find them. ]
