Oh please. I can't even recall the last time I felt that strongly. [yes she can. But she's not about to bring that up]

[james_bond]

Yes, well, me either. [Neither is he.]

[vesper_lynd]

[wordlessly she passes a glass over]

[Takes it with a nod.

Now how did you know I fancied a drink?

Seemed the right thing to do.

That's our job, isn't it? Doing the right thing?

Quite right. [she lifts her glass with a dry smile]

[Raises his glass in toast to the right thing, whatever it may be.]

[a long sigh exhales from her body. The breath of a person who is enjoying the brief reprieve between life-threatening danger and stagnant boredom]

The idea of "the right thing"...it's like standing on a sand dune. Keep still too long and it will shift right out from under your feet.

My analogy involves the ocean, but all the same 'Yes'. I imagine we'll most likely be working on a few missions together.

hm. Well that should prove to be an interesting endeavor.
