I'm going to assume that you realize I'm supposed to be blonde and are choosing to ignore that preconceived notion for the beat of your own drum. I applaud that, but when people think Wendy Darling, they inevitably think blonde.

Yet, I am brunette.

I feel there is a significant miscommunication here, regardless of whether Mr Barrie specified my hair color or not. Also, you're very stubborn.

A full blown ginger or a strawberry blonde? I wouldn't be opposed to either, but as I mentioned, she is very stubborn.

They call me Hook now. [IT'S A REALLY CLEVER NICKNAME. (unsure)] But I'm still me.

I'm still just Wendy, no fearsome nicknames for me. [She reaches out like she wants to touch the hook that is the obvious source of his new moniker, but at the last moment nerves and al those years apart stops her, her hand hovering in the air awkwardly for a couple of shaky seconds.

At the last second, before the awkward moment turns into an awkward disaster, her fingers go to graze across the smooth metal gently if he allows it. It's a pity he can't feel it.]
