muse is finally taking a stance
NO! Absolutely NOT!
This is ridiculous! A muse, inside the mind of such a feeble-sounding young lady? Next to your dearest Alice, no less. Preposterous. Unthinkable! This is all too familiar - you're stubborn, you thrive for what you want most even if it means crashing, and burning, and losing yourself in your reveries. I will not allow this. I do not belong here and you're too deluded by the thought of "playing" me that you refuse to accept it.
Now, don't give me that look. You know I'm right - I've proven to be right on many occasions-- keep Alice away from me! This will not end well; it never does. She is unyielding, she is a danger to herself and to each and every one of us. Don't give me that look. You know I tried to help her, taking control was the only option. She resisted and in her attempt to move on she suffered near inevitable annihilation at the hands of a hellraiser. Don't expect my presence to serve you or her in making sense of what has always been upturned. Think it through, do you think my tentacles will be confined? If you take me in and allow me to settle, you cannot get bored and cast me away so easily. Don't expect that foolish girl to repair your own misdoings.
And take this mechanical beast away from me before I have you both beheaded! There is no similarity between the two of us.
