Mundane,
While it may be amusing to you that articles relating to the original ACD stories occasionally crop up over the course of your academic research, they will serve neither your portrayal of me, nor your studies. Don't you have better things to do with your time than read irrelevant articles (which are more than likely full of errors anyway)? I happen to know for a fact that you do.
Do at least try to not be an idiot.

Hm. Go on.

It's worse than living with Mycroft.

[HAVE YOU REALIZED WHAT IT'S LIKE, LIVING WITH YOU]

[There's your answer, okay. Sherlock does not need a taste of his own medicine, thank you.
But yes, he knows living with him is incredibly difficult and he does sometimes wonder why anyone would bother.]no subject
[As long as you know that, deep down in your little Sherlock core, he'll be okay.]

[Hey, he acknowledged that right off the bat...! Violin in the night, not talking for days... Of course, he left out the bits about body parts in the fridge and expectations of being his personal-assistant-come-minder-- those are obviously bonuses, as they weren't on the list of bad things potential flatmates should know about one another.]

Beneficial. A learning experience.

...I don't suppose I can fault your definition, but I do question how it applies to this experience.
Other versions of myself aren't really me, anyway.
[He is completely clinging to this, okay.]

You think so? So they're all just impersonations, then?

[That is, it's what allows him to sleep at night (on the occasions that he does sleep) knowing there are other Sherlocks running around who are so enormously different to himself.]

[So is "insane," but... well, here they are.]

It explains a lot.
