I happen to know a place where you'd be rather welcome. We've got Garrett Hawke, Isabela, Aveline, and unfortunately your favorite broody Elf, but I've spoken of you with a few people and they've got good impressions on top of that. There's even a pirate storyteller, Usopp, who'd be interested in swapping tales.

Things are a bit odd. Hawke's a rogue, not a warrior, we're stuck in a city surrounded by Mist that likes to mess with us, but mages are free and I really can't find myself disliking being stuck too much with that in mind. Some. There's still much to do, back home. But as far as places to be stuck go, scorched isn't the worst.

The Gallows couldn't be further away, so I am doing quite well.

I've even been able to journey to some other places as my own sort of adventure. It's exciting!

Once, I convinced the champion of a city-state to wear a dead chicken as a hat. She walked around with it for an entire day to win a bet.

Another time, I knew a girl whose sense of direction was so bad that not only did she end up on the opposite end of the city during a shopping trip three blocks from her house, but they found her in the viscount's airing-closet. She was nearly executed before they realized she wasn't an assassin, just curious.
