She was the one that set you and your 'beloved' Zelda on this destiny. She took what future you or your offspring may have had and damned them to this eternal cycle. Why? Because she was too cowardly to fight her own battles, forge her own blades, and lead her own troops.

In a sense, I am the eternal marker of your precious goddess' failure.

[The anger, the passion and courage in Link's eyes burnt as brightly as the dragons flames his very own sword had been bathed in. Gannondorf's words stung like the Moldarach's tail when he fought it.

He had no right to talk of the Goddess in that way, no right to speak of Zelda too! Link's top lip snarled up to bare a little teeth as he pushed his boots into the dirt, twisting his stance in anger, yet making sure he was ready for anything.]

And yet here I am. No matter what you do, how many times you kill me, or 'seal me away', I will return and fulfill my purpose. I could care less about the Goddess and her battle. Your pain and anguish are amusement enough for me.

A flash of blue light and angelic sound appeared behind Link, Fi's presence came from out of the master sword strapped to his back. The spirit remained small and behind Link as she spoke in his ear. 'Master, remember...The power of the Triforce can be used by anyone apart from the Gods themselves... Be they good or evil.' Link's eyes grew wide at the reminder along with Gannon's words.]
