Regardless, time freezes in your universe when you're put in a game. It's not a 1 to 1 time ratio like it is with the universes my people have encountered. A combination of birth defects. It's hard to explain. There's a mixture of albinism and heart defects coupled with motor skill problems. The only reason she's even alive is my extensive connections and lots of experimental treatments.
