Okay, so Lily is a vampire, but is used to her vampiric senses. She can live a normal life in the sun, can eat human food as long as it's not too seasoned or spicy, and casts a reflection (unless she's stressed out, since stress makes vampiric abilities go crazy). The only way to really tell she's a vampire is to attack her (in which case she will hand you your ass on a platter) or if she forgets her Serum V (which she uses to stay a 'good' vampire.

Oh, vampire comics released by Scholastic.

While we're on this sort of thing, I'll just note some stuff about Feda's nonsense that might come up. He's a mage (something you're born to not learn where he's from) and as a result he can smell magic and magical creatures. Thing is it takes effort and focus unless it's really close, like literally under his nose, so he can remain unaware of her condition if you'd like. Personally, I'd think it'd be kind cute if he noticed something was up if he gets lucky enough to kiss her. He's never actually met a vampire before though, so he'd still need to be told what she was.

And he'll totally think it's sexy.))
