I must admit, I have grown used to her over these past years. She is deathly shy, I feel no need to distress her. She wouldn't take it well, and that aside... [he shudders] she has another muse that does that to her, regularly.

That's not to say I won't berate her when needed, as she doesn't always make the best of decisions.

Indeed, I've recently grown aware via a private storyline of how difficult it can be to interact with unusually sensitive people.

I cannot say she always does, and at times, I've felt as if my efforts were left for naught. However, one cannot blame her for trying. It's not that she doesn't listen to me, but when it comes down to executing said advice, she goes about it in the wrong way. It's almost as if talking to an impetuous child. [Well, impetuous might not quite be the word he's looking for here.]
