It isn't shameless. It's pride in learning the obvious things so many people ignore. Try to take some pride in the man you have become. No one is an insect, and no one is worthless. Everyone has something to offer.

Is that really true, though? Personally, I think it's better to accept the fact that some people are born worthless, and will stay worthless, than being forward enough to think that you can be anything more.
