You know. Little green men? Guys with space ships from other planets and stars?

Well, I have to say that in all the planets currently known to the Galactic Federation, we've never encountered any little green men. In fact, you could say that we're the ones with the spaceships from other planets.

There are the Gnosis, of course, but they don't really grant people Ether abilities. Perhaps if they did, they'd be a little less frightening.

Yeah, I guess that would make you the aliens though, right? You guys probably come in all shapes and sizes anyways.

They're beings that inhabit imaginary space. Most of the time, anyway. I'm sure you'd know one if you saw one.

And we do, now that you mention it. But I think that's a positive thing. Without all the individuals that have existed throughout history, each with their own unique talents and goals, I don't think humanity would have reached the future that it has.

Well, I guess you could think of it this way. You're familiar with the concept of planes of existence, right?

There's a physical plane, where you and I reside. The Gnosis exist slightly out of phase with us, so at times they can seem like phantoms or ghosts.

So they're ghosts?

Some people think of them that way. Of course, most of the scientific community rejects the idea.

And of course they have many properties that aren't traditionally associated with ghosts. For example, some people who come into contact with a Gnosis turn into Gnosis themselves.

Basically, yes. Although if you look at it from another point of view, people who meet that fate continue to live on as a Gnosis.

It is human nature to embrace violence, Yeshua. That is one of the few constants we have observed throughout time.

Sometimes violence is necessary. But that doesn't mean it always has to be that way.

Humans are not creatures of logic. They can and will react irrationally when it is not warranted. Else, neither of us would exist.
