You know, I have to admit it. This place you sent me is pretty sweet. A brand new Earth with no criminal record and nobody out to kill me. I might even be able to speak to the Bat's little proteges without them trying to punch my face in on sight.

I guess it's not too bad here, all in all. Nice and peaceful, kidnappings aside.

...But you know, peaceful can be so goddamned boring. I think I may start getting a bit restless, soon.

I...try to honor terms of a contract, once it's set. Somehow it never works out, though.

Honor isn't really in high supply on this side of the tracks. You're living and dying for money. Money we usually never got, because someone or all of us eventually ended up not liking what our current employer was up to.
