I am sure you know how much I wish things with my children could be different, I do not think forcing them into a so called "redemptive" setting will have the desired effect. Klaus, Rebekah and even Kol will need to make that decision on their own, and I do not believe it will go as well as you may hope.

I also do not think that using me to try and "lure" a Finn or Elijah will go as well as you hope either. Especially given the fact that I will not be entering the city for some time, if at all. Your whims are rather short-lived, after all.

Given that they were not the ones the spell was originally cast on, I can't say it would work for just any vampire. But I could have broken the curse I placed on my children.
