[Prussia looks and sounds different than Belgium is probably used to. First, he has really long hair, like brushing his ankles long, that is secured in a rat tail. Second, he is speaking with a Chinese accent. And lastly, he has large red and gold wings. Of course, this is because Prussia has been at Arcanarum for awhile and is turning into a phoenix]
