Not really. I guess some people can be easier to read than others, but other than that, no. However, they do say that you can tell if someone is genuinely smiling just by looking at their eyes. So I guess you could say looking into someone's eyes can help you to see if someone's lying or not. Then again, masterful liars will make sure you can't tell they're lying.
