Vlad hasn't been called such things in a rather long time. Not to his face, at least. Count Dracula he has been for many moons. Before, in the courts of Wallachia and, later, Transylvania, yes. He was called lord. But that word makes him think of the Lord, and that foul deity is one of the last things Vlad ever wants to hear mentioned.]
