It's thoughtless to put out the fire, and sacrificing his shoulder to the hard floor is worth it to keep from needing a doctor to look at his intimate bits. Just no. It takes him precious seconds to recover enough to slide into a crouch, pain twinging as he moves, but now he's listening intently.
