{ Her pet mushroom, Funghi, stands next to her and just goes "nnf nnf?" at her questions, which weren't exactly aimed at him to begin with. They were aimed at her 'mundane'. Whatever that was.
Each question was answered however, but the answers...didn't help calm her down.
1) She was her 'mun'.
2) She was...well, it was hard to explain, is what her 'mun' said.
& 3) Her 'mun' had no idea where she was taking her.
So comforting. Someone should help this girl calm down a bit- the detective shouldn't lose her cool, after all! }

Alright. I will do my best to explain everything.
The person you were talking to is called a "mundane", or "mun" for short. These mundanes are able to...control us, in a sense. With this ability, they choose, more often than not, to put us in a "game" to interact with others like ourselves. Usually, these "games" take places in worlds we would not normally be able to visit and put us in situations we would not normally have to deal with.
