The Undead fight in a Battle Royale to decide what species rules the planet. The last time, Human Undead was the victor. Seems some scientists went poking their noses where they didn't belong and unsealed the Undead, starting the Battle Royale over again.

There are humans that call themselves Kamen Riders. They go out and try to reseal the Undead.
