You want to send me to a haunted house? Well, that certainly sounds exciting! I do hope the ghosts there are friendly instead of the usual angry, vengeful sort. Flying vases get tedious when you have to keep dodging them.

I won't muck it up too badly, will I? I can just see me now getting lost in such a great big place with no twine or Varric or Hawke to keep me on track. You don't suppose you could see about me getting a mabari's nose, do you? They're quite good at sniffing their way through places.

Or I'd just get all the smells confused the way I do the directions.

Depends on the ghost. Some of them don't really bother people.

Others seem more fond of fire. Or needles. I saw one once that used needles.

Needles would be unpleasant.

So is fire. [And yes, he is indicating the burn scars.] Sad to say, I can't tell you the ghosts are "friendly"; some are easier to deal with than others, but they seem dangerous more often than not, if one isn't careful of their patterns and habits.

I'm sorry. Those look very painful.

Mmm...haven't been for a long time; it was almost a year ago, and I've had worse.

There is, at least, plenty of time to get bearings and avoid being completely lost.

I wouldn't say I was worried. More...tentatively concerned. At least with demons, it's usually easy enough to tell what they want.
