I'd say they go out of their way to make sure we're on their bad side. Some of us aren't exactly built to survive in the Underworld.

People are alive down there, there's not nearly as much traffic as you'd think, and I haven't seen Cerberus yet.

Plus the whole Hecate being down there thing, the Fates seem to have taken over and Persephone killed her husband. And the destroying worlds thing. That kind of weird.
