Reaction to Season 2 Episode 2

Alright, yes Mun, I get it. You were annoyed that I was only in the last three minutes of that episode, and that you feel terrible for Regina, and that I'm meeting Regina's mother. But you need to take a breath and calm down.

You're going to get a head ache if you keep freaking out.

Frankly, I'm more concerned about Mary Margaret and the fact that she was knocked unconscious by that Asian woman who's name I still don't know.

[Casually watches mun freak out over Cora appearing out of no where and the cute that is Henry and Charming. Someone help her.]

She attacked the princess, and was trying to escape. I stopped her.

By throwing whatever the hell that thing was at her? You could have killed her!

We want you to tell us how you got here, and how you sent the wraith.

[She's not going to answer the questions a prisoner asks her, but she should at least know why she's being kept prisoner in the first place.

As ridiculous as it may sound, we got here through a hat. The wraith was after someone in our world, and to get rid of it, we were sending it to what we thought was an empty void.

[Emma was getting agitated. How many times was she going to have to explain this?]

A..hat? [Yup. Ridiculous, but she has heard tales of travel like that somewhere in this land...]

Yes. A hat. [Never was that not going to be odd. It wasn't very long ago when even she didn't believe such things could happen.]

It was after Regina.. I was asked to protect her. She was the one that told us that she hadn't a clue about where the wraith would end up, that there was likely nothing on the other side of the hat, pretty much throwing it into a void.

Regina...the Queen? [Philip was killed so the Evil Queen could live.

Okay, sure they most likely didn't know anyone was left behind, but she's still mad.]

Why would you protect her?

I was protecting her because my son asked me to. She's his adoptive mother.

Does he know what she has done? To us? To this land?

Yes, he does. Were it not for him, I wouldn't even be here.

But, he made me promise to protect her. And even I have to agree that Regina shouldn't be killed in order to pay her back for what she's done.

So family bonds are more important than stopping the woman who caused this destruction? The woman who ripped people from this world and sent them to another?

[She understands bonds, she does- she has them with the people she fought with in the army. People like Philip. But there's a limit]

If you had let it have her, our Prince would still be alive.

[Her bond to her son was that important, yes.]

We had no idea that was going to happen to your prince. Regardless, there was no other way to get rid of it. Not in Storybrooke.

If she's going to be punished, she should be punished in the proper manner, not some from thing sucking out her soul.

[Mulan agrees with her there, Regina deserves so much more for what she's done.]

Because there's no magic in..Storybrooke?

There is, now there is anyway... But apparently it doesn't work the same.

I honestly don't get it too much myself. All this is new to me.

[Mulan doesn't know much about how magic works either, even though she's surrounded by it. She's a warrior, she doesn't use it.]

Magic is complicated.

That would be my guess.

[Emma had to admit, she really didn't know much about magic, despite Henry throwing it in her face with his book constantly.]

That's what my mun tells me. You should have seen how freaked out she was over the whole thing.

Makes me think nothing good can come from this woman. Then again, it is Regina's mother. So I doubt my instincts are far off.
