I suppose it's fitting that you can't get the idea of finding a game out of your head, but now may not be the best time to jump into something.

You need to take a little more time and do a little more or a lot more research into games around here. It's been a couple years since you've played in anything other than dressing rooms. I'll play nice and hold my tongue concerning that piece of information.

Well, I wouldn't quite say impatient. But the longer she waits, the more she's likely to procrastinate. It's rather annoying to be honest.

That's not entirely true, I don't think. You can be mentally prepared for anything, given the right amount of information.

And where are you, exactly? [Because he finds that super difficult to believe, Ariadne. He can try and try and try to be as prepared as possible for any and everything. Sure, he fails sometimes, but not often. Won't admit it readily, either.]

I suppose they would find it amusing to destabilize me and see what happens. Right now all I do is wait around for things to happen and nothing ever does - it's boring, quite frankly.

It's a misguided attempt to alleviate guilt, at best. But irony also works.

Haven't really been put through too much, myself, so I don't really think I have much to say on that. Maybe I'm lucky.

While that may be true, there is always some way to avoid being surprised. I'm not talking about expecting the unexpected or that sort of cliche bullshit, but being aware of your surroundings and your capabilities...

I'm fairly decent at learning as I go.

There's a few places that the mun's been looking at, strangely mostly horror based games. I don't know if that's the best option, however.

You'll have to learn to let up on your vie for control, I think. The atmosphere of any game tends to take that away from you as it is.

You're assuming that I don't already know how to give up control of a situation if needed. [Case in point, his following after Dom for all of that time - the man hardly ever listened to him unless they were both on the verge of total disaster.]

Besides, that's the point of a game, isn't it? To be challenged.
