What, that guy who just moved in?

Sure he's got the look, the poise--but he's self centered. Whilst I share the wonders of beauty to all I meet!
It's no competition; I'm offended you even thought there was.

Don't worry about us getting into some "fight"; aren't you supposed to know me? Using your fists is so uncivilized. I'm sure he'd agree.

Now scoot along back to the work you're supposed to be doing!
