Reaction to journal name and Season Premier Thoughts

Alright, Mun. I know you're all sorts of proud and whatever else about somehow getting that journal name. How it suits me, I don't know, nor do I care at this point.

Right now, I just want to figure out how to get back to Storybrooke and out of wherever it is that I and my mother have fallen into.

It's still so weird to call her my mother.

I'm sure you would want for me to return home as well, so can we please focus on that for the moment? Great. Thank you.

[Well hi, Emma. Henry's just here staring for a moment. She was okay! And from the sounds of it, so was Snow, er, his grandma. Anyways he's just running over and hugging her now.]

You know, just because I finally started to believe doesn't mean it's not weird to me. That name does not suit me, at all.

I don't think that's how it worked in my case. I only started turning back into wood when you showed up again, and it's not like everything I've done has been erased.

But you said that magic was the reason you were human. Wouldn't magic at least bring you back? Maybe not back to being completely normal. But at least.. alive..?

You're probably going to have to ask the blue fairy about that, but I hear her magic's gone too.

Yeah.. Something about not having any fairy dust or her wand? Do they need instruments of some sort to use their magic?

[If that were true, then it wouldn't make any sense for Regina to have her powers. Then again, the good fight fair.]

That...is really not good. [He sighs, rubbing the bridge of his nose. Oh, if only he could do that, the wood is starting to itch.] Fairies do, or at least to channel it. A fairy with a wand and dust is a force to be reckoned with but without them...
