It stings, doesn't it? Knowing that somewhere out there, in a different universe, you contend not just against Thor but a brother who is more kin to him than you will ever be. And it's insult to injury that Thor never knew until now, that he might choose this Odinson over you.

So it seems you're right, mortal woman - my feelings for the Bright One will always be constant and consistent throughout the realms.

What say you now?

Thank you, Loki. For cutting off my hair to try and make me lesser in your brothers eyes.

I assume nothing. I have been the victim of your attempts to make yourself greater in your brothers esteem, but instead of earning it like the rest of us you aimed to only push us beneath you.

[Sif relents, unclenching her jaw and trying not to show her frustration.]

The only thing pitiful in all of this, is that he does love you better than us all. But you will not let him.
