I don't think I am going to buy into it when I arrived. I already thought the world was in danger of ending once, and that didn't happen. I'll probably think we were purposefully sent into the worm hole by someone in the League, to find a way to save the world, and then travel back in time to do it.

I kinda like that theory, really.

Certainly beats the mantra I've got going through my head: that the aliens are all just messing with us, for some reason. Did you know they held me hostage in that stupid paperwork room until Artemis had to come get me? All because I wouldn't stick some translator fish thing in my ear!

But my magic can do that. And I rather like my ears fish-free.

And that's the best they can come up with? Sheesh. You'd think with all the crazy technology they have, they could do better.

Then again, M'gann can communicate telepathically. It makes our current technology look dated. So maybe we're the crazy ones.

Sure. Don't see why not.

Not sure how long it would last at a time, or at what distances, though. But spells can always be recast.
