Hey Mun. It's me, Lucifel.
Could you please, do us as your muses a favor and just stop crying over the fact that you can't see the creator of the El Shaddai series?! you know I am rarely, very rarely someone to get annoyed by anything, but this is a bit too much at the moment.
I know you want to meet him very bad and buy all the books that happen to be there as well and that there is a lot you want to ask him despite the great language barrier, but please, think of something: you don't have the money for it and I doubt you'd want to go alone.
Aside from that, you have to pay for the next semester, you have a new professor and he's using different books. For which you don't know the price yet. You have two, TWO essays to finish and a test at the end of the vacations waiting for you.
Honestly, get everything done, then you can think of it again.

*That's "so close, and yet so far", Enoch.*
It's disappointing she can't see him, but even more so that they must rely on us for direction this way.

It's mostly her being urged by other people to go and see him and her own euphoria. Which makes her forget that she has priorities.
I don't mind acting as her reasoning.

((Says the man who gave up his entire life for Heaven's summons... Parallels have been drawn between religion and fandom, you know.))
*Enoch gives the fourth wall a warning glance.*

[Pardon him, but that grin on his face is not going to vanish anytime soon.]

...I don't regret my choice to accept the invitation, if that comparison made you doubt my thoughts on it.

*He shakes his head. He may have suffered for his choice, and may well have suffered less, may well be properly dead now if he had not gone to Heaven back then. But could he, deep down, ever really refuse such an honor? No. Even though he doesn't properly remember it, it was his piety coupled with his stubbornness of will that pushed him onwards up those stairs until his body gave out, when he could have just as easily sat down on the steps and refused to climb further, or turned back.
Then again, it was the earliest show of his reckless selflessness at work that he didn't sit down to rest...*

[Considering Enoch's feelings won't give him answers, Lucifel couldn't understand them after all.]

You seemed as if something bothered you.

*Not like Lucifel not being very open isn't typical or anything.
Then again, not like Enoch hasn't always tried to various extents.*

[Lucifel smiled at Enoch and then nudged him.]
