...Y'know, personally I think it's kinda weird when these mundanes write stuff about us.

I guess they gotta know stuff about us for us to end up here, but it's still weird.

It's not that weird. It's just like any other fanfic.

Mine has a lot of head canon for me and she's always watching for whenever it gets "jossed" or confirmed.

I guess I just gotta get used to these mundanes knowing so much about us...

Yeah, mine's tryin' to piece together a headcanon for me too. But she's gets kinda flustered 'cause of all the inconsistencies between Western and Japanese canons, or so she says...

Or things that we don't know about.

Mine just takes pieces of both and mixes them together for her liking. She included both of our solo games to my canon. She says she also included the first two Sonic Riders games to my canon, but it was before the third one existed (or even the kinect for that matter). From what I've been told, it's really bad and she's avoiding it like the plague. Which I can understand since most of us were acting like jerks in it and Eggman was being really really stupid, even for him. The only thing she likes about it is the theme, and even then, she prefers the Crush 40 cover.

Yeah, that too. And it's kinda hard to nag her about tellin' me about stuff she knows that I don't.

Y'mean the stuff that happened back on Cocoa Island? Yeah! My mun's included that too! And she's piecing together stuff to include Episode 4 stuff even though she hasn't played it yet... And no, watchin' LPs doesn't count! But she heard the third one was really bad too. An' that a lot of people were... uh... [What was that she called it] Ragequitting it 'cause the controls were so awkward.

...Whatever THAT means.

It's probably for the best anyway. What with the fourth wall and all.

Yep along with the one with Wendy Witchcart. Mun doesn't believe they will make a third episode, but considering that people seem to think it's better than the first one there's a little hope there. [He nods.] Not to mention it was making people throw up and hurt their backs.

Ragequitting is slang for someone quitting a game because they were having trouble and getting frustrated over it. Mine has done that a few times, but she does eventually come back and try again. It took forever for her to beat that '06 game.

I guess. But it can still be a real pain.

My mun's really hopin' they do! And I sort of am, too... It'd be really cool to get to go on another adventure! Running around with Sonic's great, but it'd be pretty cool to get to be a hero again! [His eyes widen at that.] ...Yeah, if it makes you sick then... that's probably a game the muns need to keep steering clear of...!

Oh! Well, that makes sense. 'Cause my mun's mentioned she did that a lot on that Sonic 2 for the Game Gear back when she had one! [That game was just unholy okay thanks Tails. B| ]

Yeah mun wishes they would make another game for us, but she knows it's rather unlikely. Especially with a lot of fans calling us, and most of our friends, "Sonic's useless friends".

Exactly. The programmers clearly didn't test the game enough nor did they actually study the kinect so it works better. It just seems like the only kind of game the kinect can do right is dance games.

[Oh gods.] Mine never had a game gear nor does she own any handheld games. Heck, she didn't get her first game console until high school and it was the original Xbox. Right now she has a 360 and a PS2 slim.

U... useless...?! [An indignant flattening of ears] I mean, maybe I only help a little, but I know Sonic needed me... us.... back on Angel Island! And Knuckles helps us out big time whenever we need 'im! Sonic's an awesome hero, but even heroes need help once in a while...!

[People would probably rather see another Shadow the Hedgehog game before another Tails game. :| ]

Heh, my mun had a Sega Genesis growin' up, so I guess that's how she found out about Sonic and everyone else. She's got one of those X-box things now, though! She really wants to play Sonic Generations where Sonic and I work with you and future Sonic, if only 'cause she thinks that concept's really cool!

I know. Mun gets really annoyed by that. Having too many characters wasn't the problem. It's when you get lazy and not finish testing your game or use too many gimmicks was the real reasons why we fell into such a slump until Colors came out. A few people even think the games still suck even though the last two games were really good.

[Pretty much and we all know how well that game was received. -_-;; I'm just glad they didn't have Tails swear in that game.]

Mine got into our canon through watching Sonic X in high school. Yours really should get the game. It's pretty good, though she says it's a bit on the short and easy side, except for the final boss, but that's because the controls in that are a bit confusing at first.

Yeah, I guess that's a good point. But with the last couple'a games getting really good reviews, maybe they'll keep up the pace!

[But swear words make a game edgy! Tails should have dropped an F bomb just to draw attention away from the fact that the antagonist's name was Black Doom. << ]

Oooh, my mun remembers watchin' that sometimes in high school too! I guess it's kinda strange for me to see all that stuff happening 'cause it's in the future, but she remembers really likin' it.

Yeah, it does look pretty fun! And she was listenin' to the game's soundtrack a few days ago and was talking about how great it was!

I hope so. The last thing we need is for them to fall back into bad habits or do an unnecessary reboot. She's heard a rumor of one possibly happening in 2014 and it would be more of the style of the Skylanders series. She really hopes they don't do that, but so far they haven't disproven that rumor yet.

[Yeah expect that it would have made him OOC. =/ Black Doom isn't that bad of a name. I've heard worse.]

Eventually you'll get used it. While the dub was pretty bad, the original is really good. It's just too bad they didn't end up making another season like that one rumor that was going around for a while. Mun hopes for another anime to show up someday.

It is really good. Two of mun's favorite classic remixes is City Escape and Crisis City.

A reboot...? Well... I just hope they don't take US out of it. Like I said, Sonic's an awesome hero an' all, but heroes gotta have friends too!

[LMFAO Yeah, although I couldn't help being disappointed in how they tried to make the game OH so edgy. Probably should have focused more on the gameplay, but that's just me~]

Yeah, my mun's kinda hopin' that they'll make a show or a movie or somethin' more based around the classic games, though the future stuff being thrown in would be cool too! [Because dang it he wants to meet all those neat new friends they made after S3K~!]

I hope so too. Though mun's afraid our personalities would be totally different if we're in this supposed reboot.

[Personally I think the game is so bad it's good and it's pretty fun despite the awkward controls. Well originally a fan asked Sega to give Sonic a gun. Since guns aren't exactly Sonic's style, they gave it to Shadow instead.]

It's certainly possible, though we're more popular in america than japan. I just hope Sega doesn't get the idea of making a direct to dvd CGI movie. Especially if it has live actors.

[And then he frowns.] I have a couple ideas, but I know right now she's writing about something that she might have me deal with after she's done moving. Even though I've already did.

She would have finished it a day or so ago, but she's been busy. She'll post a copy of it on my journal as well as the comm with that prompt challenge thing.

I see the inhabitants of the community are still as frustrated with their muns as ever.

Same as always, though I'm mostly used to it.
