Re: His movie
Honestly, Mundane. It has been how many years? And you're still upset about that ending?
I couldn't keep them apart, even if I wanted to in the beginning. I'm sure the two of them are sailing out in the ocean, having numerous adventures. Possibly in Fiji, I wouldn't doubt it.
I'm busy as it is. Syracuse still needs me, and I have a duty to uphold.

[He smiles, remembering back to that day.]
Letting her go... she was so happy. It was for the best.

[Well, well, well! Now here's a face she didn't expect to see!]

[OH GOODNESS nonono.]
Oh you know Sinbad. Him and his crazy adventures.
[Waves his hand in the air, ignoring that last part.]

Looks like Sinbad isn't at the top of his game.
[Proteus sighs and relaxes his shoulders.]
It is still good to see you. I hope Sinbad is treating you well. I know he can get to be a little... obnoxious at times.

[ She nods politely and reaches up to move back a pesky strand of brown hair away from her eye. ]
Obnoxious is putting his temperament lightly, but... he does treat me quite well. If not a little too masculine when he wants to impress me or some onlookers.

[chinhands.]

What are you doing here?

[Her smile is coy, and not the least bit nice as she drifts around him, trailing her fingers across his collarbone before she re-materializes several feet directly in front of him.]
I'm checking up on my favourite prince. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it. I've always had a soft spot for the losing side.

No one lost anything.
no subject
No? Oh, you poor, deluded fool. I suppose we could always say Sinbad stole your little fiancée. The word does so suit his character.
no subject
[So what better way then to let her go love a man who did belong to the sea? Right? Right.]

[Her tone makes a pantomime of the words.]
But you know... it's only normal to be bitter. To be angry. After everything you risked for Sinbad, why, he may as well have stabbed you in the back.
[she bamfs behind him now, and jabs him just so in the ribs with one finger, close enough that he might be able to feel her breath on his neck.]
no subject
Is that all you do? Pester people with meaningless words? I do not regret my choices, and I never will.
no subject
I'm not saying you should regret them, dear Prince. Only that you should feel angry. Abandoned. Two of the most important people in your life, and they left you behind like garbage while they run off to be together. Without any obligations or worries or cares, nothing like the responsibility of needing to one day rule a kingdom. Which you'll be doing all [she flickers over to his left side] by [oops off to the right] yourself. [That's said from behind him, in an eerie echoing laugh, and then she simply conjures a throne from the ether and drapes herself across it haphazardly, in full view.]
But by all means, correct me if I'm wrong.
