A Drop/Farewell post for Dr. Seward at
sirenspull
Dear Miss Mun,
You mustn't be so sad. I can't imagine you are making a poor choice. After all, this has been not entirely unthought of. And it's doubtful it'll last long, if by what you keep saying about "needing a break" is true. I understand that these are difficult times, and not just for myself. I should hope that everyone will get along fine without me.
If I am allowed, however, I would indeed like an opportunity to say goodbye to those who knew me, and I they. So they might have a form of closure in their hearts, even if they are not rightfully aware of it within Siren's Port itself. The City was my home in a way, even with all the dread things that came my way. I merely wish them well. They mustn't be troubled over me...
So farewell to you, my friends. I should hope we might say "hello" instead of "goodbye" again some day.
Sincerely,
Doctor John Seward

If either you or Miss Victoria leave Port, I would like however to request that the manor stay intact, or that you pass it on to someone worthy of caretaking it in legal terms, if at all possible. If that isn't possible, should Miss Re-l Mayer be still around I would gladly have it written in her name as a secondary owner. It would only be right, as she originally helped in me obtaining it.
..You are a kind-hearted lady. I am thankful myself to have met you.

[Ugh, names.]

I too, was very happy to have made your acquaintance, Miss Re-l. You taught me much about a life I otherwise would have no knowledge of.
Your wisdom on these things were invaluable to me in my adjustment within the City itself. Thank you.
I do, however, have some advice for you, if you would hear it.

[The statement was short and sweet, and perhaps not what the good doctor had in mind-- but he simply found himself unable to resist.]
