No, it's not. Even after you've done a little to prove that you're on the side of justice, they still wait for you to revert back to doing criminal things.

For awhile there - with the second Flash because I wasn't even around when there was a first Flash - I had some villainous hijinks, but compared to what a lot of bad guys have done after I reformed...my stuff was a bit on the goofier side of things.
