I appreciate the offer. The idea of a trip is nice but I... well, it's not exactly the sort of place I want to go to.

Even though I'm sure some people could us help and... well, helping is what I like to do. This just seems to be a different sort of 'helping'.

Regardless of the 'help' provided, there is nothing that can change the world and it's corrupt nature.

Even if things can't be completely changed, you can still change small things. Or you can at least be a helping hand to help others cope.

And for what? People will still suffer, the privileged will exploit the unlucky, and the world will continue to tear itself apart.

The only way to end suffering is to burn society to the ground and allow the world to start anew.

What? No. So many people would end up hurt in something like that.

There's ways to fix things beyond something so extreme. We just have to look for them.

My mundane is fond of a saying he heard in a song. If you replace the working parts of a machine, you simply get a different machine. Changing the parts will not affect the whole.

The only way to truly affect change is to let the machine die.
