Dear Mun: FML.

 So...let me get this straight.

I have to give up all thoughts of revenge, which means Daddy Dearest will never be punished. Meanwhile I have to look at his face from my childhood pretty much every day. OK, I think I have that part down.

I have to somehow regain my faith in people before I can leave, in an environment that's anything but conducive to that. Got that down too.

...and now, my kidnapper and one of my father's toadies just arrived? And my kidnapper is a Warden now?

He needs to be killed. The longer I have to stay there the more I lose my mind. We should have thrown him over the side when we rescued him that one time. Too bad back then I still had my innocence and thought that would be too cruel.

The people in question are depended upon by far too many others. Kids. Kill them and I harm everyone involved. I understand that part. But it doesn't change the fact that letting them go unpunished is wrong too. It's really difficult to consider the greater good when the guy you want to kill is the fucker who ruined your life.
