((Ooc note: Steeljaw does not have a voice box capable of human/verbal speech, he uses his communications systems to speak to other Cybetronians/robots/etc. He can make audible sounds but not words. His communication systems can create text on a device if your character has a digital/magical device capable of picking it up. Any human/etc hearing him 'talk' will just hear growling, noises and such if anything at all.

Anyone capable of hearing his 'speech' will be able to {{Hear him speaking like a normal person...}} unless his communications systems are damaged.))
