But that is the very problem; she doesn't have any plans and hardly ever plans ahead at all! I'd be more willing to compromise if there was actually something to work with, but she is the type to charge in without thinking things through and regret her decisions later.

I do have plans, and they all involve not being here at all. My complaint is that my mundane think it's fine to do whatever she wants on a whim without any thought at all, such as taking me out like this.
