Well, he's a bit confused about things...and a bit of a voice test for an old muse too
Well, not that I mind chatting with you or anything, Mun, but don't you think you've got enough going on right now without adding me into the mix? Getting ready for those two trips, the other voices you've got in games. And getting back to your teaching, too.
I won't say I don't appreciate the thought, its always nice being remembered and everything. We had a lot of fun together while you were growing up, sure. And you've improved a lot since you were a teenager, and not just as a writer. Glad to see those life lessons you learned from comic books have helped. A steady hand and the will to improve do go a long way, like I told you all those years ago. Just don't forget that, and don't let yourself fall too deep into escapism. Its a trap even I've had trouble getting out of.
If you really want to send me somewhere, keep it simple though. I don't need wings, and I'd rather not be too far from Metropolis. That dream place could be alright, though I'm not sure I'd feel right wandering into other people's dreams. I know you'll make the right choice, for both of us.

[Typically cryptic wording; but she knows what dreams have buried, at least in her world: memories of alternate timelines, entirely different realities.]

Don't underestimate the wings. They're actually a lot of fun.

And yea, I don't even know. I figure I'll just roll with whatever he decides.

[He's not sure what to make of that]
Though I get the feeling common sense is overridden at this point.

Still, you might wanna look out. Fella like yourself, they might try sendin' you to one of the really bad places, just so's to give you a challenge.

[Boy he's happy to see you, Tommy. Real happy]
You think so? I figure he'd have more common sense than that.

Seems not everyone agrees with theirs though.
