[Those who know him might see him as quieter, somehow; darker, but not lesser. Don't try to tell Jaime this, but there's more of him intact than he realizes. Not as much as when the wound went rotten. [Losing the hand hurt, and he kept feeling pain in a hand that wasn't there anymore, but all that was nothing to Qyburn's efforts to save him.]
