It's not like the games they'll send you to. Most of the time you're still sortof in your own world. Or something that you think is your own world. [Yeah she's not explaining it very well. They just are what they are okay.]

[She nods a little.] I mean, you get out of the headspace a little and it's usually not as bad as game stuff.
