The Cheshire Cat comes to Dear Mun
Interesting that you bring me out now after all these years.
Perhaps Little Alice will be following? Perhaps Not? Either way this is sure to be interesting.
Mad gods, eldritch things from dark corners, talking cats! It is as if I never left Wonderland or perhaps I haven't.
After all, there is no leaving Wonderland. Not truly.

Perhaps I am, Perhaps I am not but I certainly recognize you Little Alice.
Of course I'm not in the feline form you're familiar with.
no subject
And no, you're most certainly not, to be that you would need to look like a cat.

It has been quite some time since I've seen you so young, or has it?

I seem to remember him being distinctly feline.

I simply decided I wanted to look human. It is much easier to move about that way outside of Wonderland.
no subject
But I suppose I can't argue with that grin. You know, you're looking decidedly less mangy this time around.
no subject
[He grinned at her,]
I am as I need to be. I can't say the Alice you would call "mine" was all that healthy herself but she didn't need a cat as a guide, she needed someone to save her.
She wanted to return to Wonderland oh so badly.
no subject
Why is that? I suppose Wonderland can be a pleasant place, in certain areas, but I can't think of any reason why a person would want to live there. One can't linger in delusions, after all, no matter how much they want to.

One night she walked out of a movie, the one for the more cheerful Alice you may of met. Her memories were oh so fuzzy but she had three things to call her own as she stepped out.
A blue dress, a photograph of a cat, and the distinct memory that she was Alice and that she held a photograph of Dinah.
Of course doctors don't tend to believe you when you say you're a fictional character.

[Her eyebrow quirks.]
Perhaps in her...realm, or whatever she lives in. Not in mine. Strange though, it's almost nice to know one isn't the only damaged Alice. These others seem so able to function in normal society.
...what on earth is a movie?
no subject
The Alice I know certainly didn't function away from her family. I don't think I even know why she came out of Wonderland into another realm or if she even did. Perhaps it was just a different time.
no subject
Another realm, you say? Well, I suppose all of these people had to have come from somewhere.
You don't suppose there are other Wonderlands? Or, have we all gone to the same place?
no subject
Do they all go in the same way as your own? I really have no idea.
