Strange; there is a new impulse in me. As when the weather changes, and one may taste it in the air... I remember this, the taste of winter's coming when autumn's leaves have scattered.

Yes, I will go. I will go to the All-Father and ask -- plead forgiveness. For the madness that has seized me is past, and I am -- I am Loki, the trickster, once more.

[ Following this thread, in which Loki is brainwashed by Sif. ]

[Odin's well aware that he has held his sons to high standards, and there were many times he had to put the good of the entire realm over his own family. It's a rare occasion where Odin allows himself to be selfish. Whether Loki believes it or not, his actions in that temple when he chose to claim that abandoned infant was indeed selfish.

Not just for the thought that perhaps Laufey's infant son might help bring about peace, but because he felt that familiar connection, like the first time he held Thor. A parent knows when a child is meant to be theirs. No matter how Loki has doubted his intentions, Loki will always be his son. But the question still remains can his son, truly accept that truth?]

The King will soon enough have to pass judgement, but first I would have words father to son. [He motions for Loki to rise as they are alone and this conservation is long overdue.]
