Naturally, this would be the best venue to take the proverbial swing at it. "It" being undefined in general statements by those such as the elusive "they" everyone is so found of quoting, yet we both know that it feels neigh insurmountable at this point. While we shuffle through the humdrum of pointless posts of overstated insecurities, let me pose a thought for consideration: Why join the masses in the same tediousness when we both know what the end result will be?
Ah, see! now you're thinking. But let's not make the common mistake of confusing courage with foolishness. You may need a bit of both.
To the point, which I fear would go completely ignored if you were to continue this way. Diarrhea of the mouth is best left for talking heads and aspiring reporters.
If you're going to do this, then do it. Entertain me.
I do hate being bored.

[An excited, extended hand is protruded your way, Sherlock. And a bright smile!]

You'll get yourself evicted carrying on like that. Not everyone will put up with a world of trouble that has a tendency of shooting up the walls of his own flat when he's feeling needy, you know.

[ Is that experience talking with a hint of exasperation? There's a distinct possibility. ]
I'd say you could try being a little bit less of a tit to your landlord but I think we both know that'll fall on deaf ears.

[ He's only mostly impossible to tolerate. You would know that well, of course. ]

[ He feels for your mun, you barmy bastard. He really does. Still, he finds an exhale of a laugh escaping him all the same; it's either laugh or cry with Sherlock, and he'll take the first where he can get it, thanks. ]
Glad to here you're settling in well enough for you, at least, even if it means you're inflicting yourself on people who probably don't deserve it.

Don't mind him. He does... have a flare for the dramatic.

[There's no hint of any emotion there. Though Sherlock probably knows better.]
