I've said it before and I'll say it again, they couldn't handle it, mun.

I mean you must know why a girl like me would take up residence in a town like that. Gotham's got it.

Well, you're looking crazier than normal.

Are you in any position to be judging my appearance?

Considering my costume was made by an expert tailor, with kevlar woven into the fabric to make it blade-resistant and doesn't look like it's been stapled together?

It's all about recognition, though. See, I'm 'Nightwing' right? The costume is simple with a simple and recognizable symbol of a bird with outstretched wings in dark colors.

...Yours? Yours just says 'low-budget horror movie crazy person.'

You say that like I should know who you are, and I don't forget birds that easily. Especially ones with bulging... muscles, and more than enough face to tell how handsome they are.

Except when he watches a kid's parents get gunned down for not paying protection money. Gotham orphaned me, and after watching it happen, he couldn't just leave me to my own devices.

Never said anything about changin' it, Cats. But you'd be doing yourself a solid to sit down and come up with a solid set'a answers, even if you don't go sharing 'em. You won't go far wrong with more self-understandin'.
