Pre-series Shinichi is unamused about being paid attention to again

 Oi.  I would just like to make a few points.

One, how long has it been since you paid any attention to this journal?  I'm not someone you can just pick and forget as you please, you know.

Two.  I refuse to be sent to any of these places unless they have someone interesting mysteries for me to solve.  Or at the least a library well stocked with mystery novels.

Also, I fail to see the point in this journal name.
