Complexion~ hmm. While rest is vital to the continued functioning of the body... there are various topical treatments and procedures that could counteract the cosmetic side-effects of not getting enough rest.

Although it would be much easier to just get some rest at night...

Anything more powerful than that would be pretty costly~ but there are other methods that could work. But the best method is simply getting some sleep. I don't understand why they're so adamant about resisting it.

Actually, many of them that I've seen display above-average intelligence and creativity. If anything, it may be because they're too smart. Their minds are constantly active and planning and creating~

To put it bluntly... they aren't. Not if you look at things objectively... looks are temporary, and, due to society's current idea of beauty, fade in time. However, your health will remain an important factor of life up until death.

Of course, but today's ideal of beauty is linked to youth. Which is only a temporary state, for most~ so it would be ideal to put emphasis on your health for its own sake, rather than simply being a path to beauty.
