Cute.
[His username that is.]
Not sure you should even be trying this out, don't think you can handle another muse. You've got too much going on in your game, mun, but hey, I won't be the one to stop you from what you want. Just give you a few words of advice, all right?

Muns do have a weird thing about usernames, unfortunately.

[His name is kind of fitting too, but he won't explain unless Rex asks.]
I will say, you're the first of your "type" I've seen. It's nice to meet you.
no subject
[It's nice to make acquaintances, but not something he can take much pleasure in. He doesn't want to endanger anyone by associating with him.]
And what type is that?

no subject
[He'll deny it, even though his journal does have his real identity on it.]

For one, I assure you, no one you know could possibly hurt me. I'm a "monster," so to speak, and no human can match me. If your Mun wishes to explain it to you, she can look here.
[Yes, he can speak links to the Muns. It's a talent he's developed.]
For two, this place we're in? There's no semblance of a fourth wall. If someone is hurt, they heal instantly. If someone is killed, they're just brought back to life. And that's assuming anything actually manages to get that far -- here, Muns have much more control over us and tend to regulate just how much fighting goes on.
For three, it's written on your journal. It has to do with that "no fourth wall" thing.
no subject
Still didn't mean he would just come clean and admit anything to this 'monster'. He will seem a bit more stand offish, arms crossed over his chest.]
She knows what you are, in a general sense. Apparently used to watch the cartoon your from when she was a kid. [The first two seasons at least, before it got real silly.]
So no semblance of rules or regulations, all except the few I saw on my way in, huh? Dangerous.
no subject
In a way, this is a "pocket" of time. What happens here doesn't matter, in the long run.
no subject
Sounds like an easy way out of things to me.
no subject
[If it really didn't matter, you think he'd be wandering around and talking to people as much as he does?]
Of course, whatever you believe of me I can hardly change.

[ Has his camera phone out, is now in front of Racer X, and is taking pictures of them both. Cue cheese grin and thumbs up from him when the flash goes off. He'll be thumbing through the five or so shots he took. ]
Oh, this is great. Though you could actually smile for the camera but whatever, this is good. A-rank material.
[ Photo secure and phone tucked away, Ziggy looks fairly excited and will be going in for a handshake. ]
Your car is insane in all the best ways. Dillon would freak if he saw it. Not entirely sure if that's... good or bad - he might think it's a little overkill - but no, your car is awesome.
no subject
Seriously.]
Thank you, I'm quite fond of it. She's a real fighter Shooting Star, wouldn't be where I am today without her. [And he's all for a good handshake, giving a nice firm one in return.]
If he thinks my car is overkill, he hasn't seen a rally race.

He's kind of a 'basics' sort of guy. Has an older muscle car he's protective over. I mean, it's nice but... boring, you know? It's not anything like your car. It doesn't even remotely resemble it beyond four wheels and a body.
... I like the black on yellow. Sharp, very sharp.
no subject
Boring perhaps, but it has sentimental value? It means something to him? If so then I can see why he'd find other vehicles not as appealing.
[He's a car man, he gets this sort of thinking.]
It stands out and I like that.
[Stands out when he's going after those cheating bastards and they see him coming, bright yellow and black streak his car is as he speeds along.]

And misrepresentation how?

well hello little bro
It would be so easy to just tell Speed everything, but... not yet. He'll offer a small smile in return though.]
I can handle a rebellious mun, dealt with much worse. So how's your mun treating you, Speed?
hello to you too big bro.
Heh. Haven't we all... she'd been treating me alright, had locked me up for a bit. I guess I have you to thank for my recent release. She'd squealed so loud I thought my ears might bleed.
no subject
He could handle this.]
Is that right?
[And hey, Speed actually gets a smile from him for that. Probably one of the few people who can get that from him now. Then again hadn't he always?]
Mine had taken a look back to see if anyone else had been here before me, saw you back a while ago. Can't say either of us are disappointed you showed up again. It's good to see you around, kid.

[ As Racer X smiles Speed, all of a sudden, feels at ease. He stifles a bit of laughter and gives another nod. Yep; he's pleased as punch to have found somebody else from his "canon", as it's called. ] Couldn't resist, X, and we weren't about to leave you out in the cold. [ ...we made such a great team. ]
no subject
[That's a dumb question really, of course she was. If Pops had his hands in her keeping her tuned up then the Mach 6 was the best out there. Even better than his car... maybe. Just a smidge. X was pretty proud of his own skills tuning a car, he'd learned from the best after all.]
Heh, it's appreciated, can't say I'm too fond of the cold. In fact, I think I might need a race to get the blood pumping. [He might be challenging you to a race, Speed. A friendly little race for old times sake.]
sorry for the delay.
Oh? well I know just the place. [ ...old time sake indeed. He couldn't resist a race, especially not with Racer X, ...but not only that, he'd wanted to make it up to him since the last time they'd shared the track Speed had been in a bad place. ]
quite alright, I'm slow as molasses most of the time myself
[Just like he knew she would be. The Racer family took care of their vehicles. They were part of the family after all. They still needed to eat and rest and get a check up once in a while. They spoke to you just like anyone else. Just differently. And that's why the Racers were as good as they were, they didn't just see cars as something to race, something to push as hard as they could and then discard. They understood them in every way possible.]
Then it seems I'll get to see her in action, personally.
[And it's habit, but he almost asks Speed if he's wearing them. His red socks. But we can't ask that, it would give him away wouldn't it?]
aw thanks. just been a rough work week. ugh.
Yep. But I hope that'cha don't mind seeing her from behind. [ His lips pursed into a confident sort of smile. He was kidding, ...at least to some degree. His confidence was never to be confused with cockiness. He knew better. ]
[ and of course Speed had his socks on. He'd never race without out. But, yeah, that'd certainly give Racer X's identity away.
Not that Speed would mind learning that Racer X was, in fact, his brother.]
