Mun, I feel kinda worried! You know how I made all those new friends and I met all those nice people and stuff... everywhere? And how there wasn't anyone around to give me chores and-

[Kronk blinked slowly, before collecting his thoughts.] Mun, you went and posted on that one fancy thing. Uhh... that wish thing on that one meme about how you wanted Yzma and an Emperor Kuzco to roller-play with? I think that's what it's called, right? Roller-play. [Riiight. Ooh, a cute little turtle friend! It'd all been worth it!]

What I'm trying to say is... I'm sorta happy, being all by myself! I get to be my own Kronk and bake cookies whenever I feel like it. I even get to EAT cookies whenever I feel like it!

You know it's back to the diet once Yzma pops up. Do you... do you really want that for me, Mun? [Gasp!]

Hi Kronk. I saw you on the meme-wish and it sorta sounded like you were describing ... well ... me. I'm Turtle Tuck, or just Tuck for short. I live in a classroom with Linny the Guinea Pig and Ming-Ming Duckling -- we're the Wonder Pets, and we save animals in trouble. I'm the only boy in the group, but I'm also the heart of it, I guess. I like to hug a lot. [shuffles his water-shoe clad feet.]

Baking cookies sounds nice. Our favourite food is celery, but I'll bet cookies with celery on them would be great!

[Kronk went down on his knees to look at the little turtle... he was a, very, big guy and he didn't want to frighten him! He also had to hold back the urge to flail or scream 'BABY TURTLE' at the top of his lungs or do anything else to frighten the adorable turtle! It wasn't easy.]

Oh... uh. Woah. I think that sounds just like you too! I always wanted a turtle buddy of my own. [Actually, Kronk didn't know that he wanted one before meeting Tuck. But now he really, really did! O-oh geez, that was cute. Those little feets! And he also liked the hug a lot!]

Seems like you're almost a honorary Kronk, pal! That's my name... Kronk. And. Uh. I like hugs and cookies. I dunno about celery, but we'll make it work!

I like to save animals in trouble too, y'know. I saved a chipmunk from getting eaten once and. [He looked at his large fingers, before lowering one.] And I saved Emperor Kuzco from drowning when he was a llama! [Did that count?]

[Tuck isn't scared at all. He's helped save a dinosaur that was trapped in rocks before, and he was a lot bigger than Kronk!]

Did you really? That must have been scary for the poor little chipmunk! And ... you saved a llama named Kuzco? [Shakes Kronk's extended finger] It's nice to meet you!

[squeak_squeaker]

[Kronk beamed and shaked back carefully.] Oh... yeah, I did! [He rubbed the back of his neck a little, unsure if Kuzco counted.]

How about you, little guy? Do you save all the other turtles?

We mostly save baby animals, and for turtles, so far we saved two turtles -- one was a baby sea turtle in Japan! We travel all over the world in our Flyboat.

Oh! And I forgot one other turtle we saved -- my cousin, Buck. [giggles] He was hanggliding and got tangled up.

[squeak_squeaker]

But... but aren't you a baby turtle yourself, buddy? [Kronk was very impressed by him! He'd also never seen a turtle with a cape before. Then, he looked kinda puzzled.]

What's a sea turtle? [He'd never seen the sea before!]

I'm four, so not quite a baby anymore. Linny's the oldest, she's five, and Ming-Ming is three. She still can't pronounce her 'R's very well, but she's really flashy and gets into trouble a lot.

A sea turtle is ... um ... well, it's born on the beach and has to crawl into the sea as a baby or it could get eaten by other animals. The baby sea turtle we saved couldn't find the sea, so we made a path out of stones and shells for it to follow. Once it's in the water, it's safer.

I'm almost twenty-eight! That's...uhh. ... That's a lot more than four. [Not that it always showed with Kronk here.]

Oh... seems like you really saved it! What's that, a beach? [Kronk would love to go to a beach sometime and collect all the sea shells! But he didn't know what it was; back home they only had dense jungles and some rivers.]

A beach is a warm, sandy place by the ocean where you can make sandcastles and play volleyball and just have fun. It's great!

You said something before I didn't understand -- what's an Emperor?

[squeak_squeaker]

[Kronk's eyes widened. That sounded like it'd be great! Could you really make your own castles?] Do you know where the beach is? I...uh. I kinda want to go!

[He smiled and then he thought deeply about how to explain what an Emperor was.] Emperor Kuzco is everything important.

And...uh. He's also a funny little guy. But I'm not supposed to say that!

Yeah... it's new for me, that I get to decide what I want to do all day! [It made Kronk happy. Happier than he thought it would!]

There are beaches most places where the sea meets the shore. I could give you a better idea if I knew where you were.

So an Emperor is an important person? Wow. What does an Emperor do? Are they like the teacher in our classroom?

I like having friends todo things with, but I also like choosing to do things myself.

Sometimes I don't want to be around other people. Sometimes I just want quiet.

[squeak_squeaker]

Do you... do you really think there's a beach where I'm from? [Kronk was all smiles. Then, he nodded.]

Emperor Kuzco's the most important Kuzco! [What did he actually do, though?] He just kinda sits there.

I think a teacher's different... more busy and stuff.

[squeak_squeaker]

Ohh, me too! I like being by myself in the kitchen and just...uhh. Just thinking up recipes and baking a batch of cookies.

Or walking around in the jungle and playing bird bingo with just me!

It's possible! There are beaches all over the world.

Really? I guess he's too important to do anything at all maybe?

The teacher in our classroom is very nice. She teaches all the children new songs and stuff about animals and the world, and of course their letters and numbers.

What is it that you do most of the time, Kronk?

[squeak_squeaker]

All... all over? [Kronk gasped! He could only imagine it. Then, he nodded.] Oh yeah, just like Yzma! Yzma's my boss and she's too important to walk.

[Aww... that made him smile. School always sounded so nice! It was a shame he never had the ability to go.] She sounds like a special lady.

Me? Ohh... I love to bake and pet little animals and I also like to turn strangers into friends! That's not always easy.

I understand. I'm kind of shy, usually. One time, I was too shy to ask a Gypsy Moth to move out of the way so we could get out of the classroom and save a baby Rhino. Linny and Ming-Ming sang me a song about how all I had to do was say 'Hi, it's nice to meet you' and it worked, the Gypsy Moth and I got to be friends!

Is baking fun?

[Kronk looked down at his sandal-ed feet. That sounded a lot like his kind of shyness!] Oh... me too! Everyone think a big guy like me is going to be all confident, but I'm a little shy and stuff sometimes.

I dunno how to say no. Is there a song about saying no?

Baking is great fun and it's easy to learn! Do turtles like cupcakes?

I think it's okay to be shy, as long as we don't let it get in the way of making friends.

Hmm, I don't think there ever was a song about saying no, but maybe we could make one up?

If we top it off with celery, I'll love them!

Ohh... I'm never shy about making friends! [Kronk was very friendly and social, but speaking up for himself was a problem. Ironic, considering the guy's size.]

I'm not a great singer, but I like to sing my own theme song. [Really, really off-key. It was awful. But it did make Kronk a very happy Kronk! He beamed at his little friend.]

I'll bake you a batch of special celery cupcakes!

You have your own theme song? That's neat! The Wonder Pets have our own theme song, too -- we sing it every time we go on a mission.

Celery cupcakes! [looks excited] That sounds wonderful! May I watch you make them?

Do you wanna hear mine? [Kronk never thought he'd run into someone who liked all the same stuff he liked! It was kind of telling that that someone was an adorable little turtle.]

Hah. You get to help! I bet you'd be real good at decorating cupcakes, right? It's almost like making a drawing, but easier 'cause you just use gumdrops and chocolate.

Oh, yes, I'd love to hear yours!

I can help? Yay! I've never decorated cupcakes before, although I once decorated a bathtub with pretty flowers so that a baby stinkbug would be tempted into taking a bath. Using gumdrops and chocolate sounds like a lot of fun, and beautiful, too!
