Hey, this is pretty spiffy and all, but don't you think you should finish going over your material first? The picture show isn't going to watch itself. And if you're anything like Rosette, just ankling into this isn't a good idea.

Someone could razz you for it, and where would you be then? I'm not saying you're a push-over, or anything, but think about it a little first.

[Nope, this is a hornless Chrono staring very wide eyed at Joshua. But then, after a moment confusion bleeds into his surprise. That power...its gone.]

Joshua? Where did they go?

[He hesitates, but he knows Chrono's going to ask anyway, and if he speaks up then Chrono might not ask about things he'd rather not remember. There's a chance, anyway.]

Rosette shot off one of them. I tore out the other when I realized what it was doing to me.

[Its a little surprising how time can work, and if anyone can understand it, its Chrono. Things like the future, the present, the past...they are strung together, the present always leading into the future. Every second passed creates more memories.

He supposes then, that a hornless Joshua is part of the future, one that he can appreciate, and that guarded look on his face drops to something a little more relaxed.] I see...That must have been quite an ordeal. [And then a little smile.] Its nice to see you then. I've missed you.

Heh. It wasn't that bad. I'm sure the ordeal of getting to me was much worse.

[He smiles, but looks a little nervous. He doesn't expect Chrono to blame him for what he's done, but he still feels pretty guilty about the past. Plus, the last time he saw Chrono he was rushing off to fight Aion. Rosette insists that Chrono's coming back, but Joshua's been worried.]

I...I've missed you, too.

((OOC: Thank you! And yeah, I have the same problem. Even with more simple canons I tend to forget little details, and then when you've got something like Chrono Crusade where there's all sorts of crazy stuff happening...and then the differences between the anime and the manga and trying to keep that all straight. It can get pretty confusing!))

[Well, there is going crazy and not being able to handle all that power. It must have been painful, Joshua, and he knows it. All that suffering...

As hard as He and Rosette had worked, and after all their struggles, he couldn't bring himself to compare either. Suffering wasn't something that could be quantified, it just existed, and hurt people in more ways than even he could think of, or even understand. And because of that, there isn't any way he can blame you Joshua, not at all.

It's nice to see that smile, laughing to himself as he remembers the excited look on Joshua's face when they had first met. He had been such a cute kid...]

Trials like that, they shouldn't be compared and made to match against others. I'm just glad everything's Jake. [It had been all they had worked for, hadn't it? To see Joshua safe?]

((Ooc: Oh god yeah. The manga always is like new when ever I read it since I forget it too easily. I think its because the anime is more colorful or something >> my brain is like, Oooh shiny, lets remember this better. that and I don't own it, so less chance to reread it. I think I've only read the manga twice as opposed to watching it as many times as I have.))
