I'll begin with saying again that I'm grateful for my life. I really am. It could certainly be much worse than it is, and that includes the possibility of not living at all. So I am grateful, even if the rest of this message probably won't show it.

So now I have to ask: What the hell? Your future plans for me seem to be this, in this order: remove my magic, taunt me with my father and take him away, remove my magic again for an unspecified length of time, ruin my friendships and my love life spectacularly, and throw me into danger---actually, come to think of it that last bit's not horrible. But the rest is!

For a moment, I was hoping that I would actually have a chance to enjoy life for longer than a few more days. I suppose I'd better hang on to happiness while it lasts.
